Exalt (sometimes “we” or “us”) takes your privacy very seriously and we have designed our service with your privacy in mind. When you use Exalt you will be sharing information with us. To ensure your trust we want to always be clear and keep you up to date about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

Exalt has designed the services we offer you to be a safe, secure experience that meets your expectations for community, security, and privacy from third-parties.  To meet your expectations and keep Exalt safe and secure, we sometimes need to collect, use, and share information about you when you use our site, mobile app, or other products and services (collectively, the "Exalt" or the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us or receive a communication from us. Exalt collects content, communications, and other information that you provide directly when you use Exalt.  This information includes the information in or about information you provide, which is sometimes called metadata.  We need to collect your information and the metadata it contains to make the service work well for you and to keep it safe and secure for you and other users.  The information we collect about you (which we sometimes refer to as “personal data” or “your data”) includes:

Account information.  When you elect to create an account on Exalt, we require that you provide your name and an authentication by password to your mobile phone or via email.  You may choose to provide (but do not require) additional information, biographical information and profile picture.  We store this information as well as your preferences and settings. Account content.  When you post, message, or comment on Exalt, we collect it and store it.  This includes all posts, all messages, all videos, all links or uploads, all communications you make to Exalt, and any other information you contribute.  We collect information about the other members you are connected to and how you interact with them (comments, sharing and gratitude). We also receive and analyze content, communications and information that other people provide when they use Exalt. This can include information about you, such as when others send a message to you.
